The Concave Cutter is the single most important tool for bonsai use and

tool for the serious bonsai enthusiast.

- Usage: Concave branch cutter are designed for removing branches without leaving unsightly scars. Therefore, it can remove branches in a manner that promotes rapid and smooth the wound which is easy to be healed.
The concave branch cutters will cut close to the trunk when removing branches or knobs and make a slightly concave, tapered cut that heals quickly into an inconspicuous scar.
- This tool is offered in 3 different sizes. The medium size is good for most pruning, unless you are working with very large branches or you intend to work with very small trees.

It should be wiped with a light oil after use to keep them in good condition.
Should never be forced by cutting material that is too large or too hard.
To cut safely without damage, branch thickness of the branch that you want to remove should be 1/3 - 1/2 of the size of the blade.
If a branch cutter seems to require extra force to cut a certain size branch, it is recommended to use a larger branch cutters.
